You start with our universal New Patient Intake — a secure, HIPAA-compliant form. From there your provider directs you to one or more service-specific screening forms (TRT, GLP-1, or peptides) based on what you're after. Once those are submitted, your provider reviews everything during your 15-day free trial: history, screening answers, and labs. If you don't have recent labs, we'll send a requisition or point you to home-collection options. After review, we schedule a telehealth video visit to discuss your labs, your goals, and your treatment plan.
You provide a card on file at the time of intake. No charge happens until your provider has reviewed your application and approved you for membership. Card capture is required to begin the screening and review process — not because anything is being charged immediately.
Every membership begins with a 15-day free trial. During this window your provider reviews your intake, screening, and lab results, determines whether you're a candidate for treatment, and discusses your plan with you. The card on file is only charged after the trial converts to an active membership. The clock gives us time to do the work properly and gives you time to make a no-pressure decision.
If your provider determines you're not a candidate for treatment — or you decide during the trial that this isn't the right fit — no charge will occur and your card on file will not be retained. You can also cancel anytime during the trial for any reason.

We operate on a cash-pay model. This means no insurance billing, no prior authorizations, and no surprise costs. This model allows us to spend more time with each patient, offer greater treatment flexibility, and keep our pricing straightforward and transparent.
Membership pricing varies by service tier. Our two current tiers are Peptide & Longevity ($65/month) and TRT Optimization ($90/month). Each includes provider oversight, prescription management, direct messaging, and care coordination. For TRT patients, testosterone from our compound pharmacy is included. Peptide medications and ancillary medications (HCG, enclomiphene, tadalafil) are paid separately at cost — never marked up. You'll see exact pricing for your tier at the time of enrollment in the screening form.
For TRT patients, your testosterone is included in your monthly membership and ships directly from our compound pharmacy. Ancillary medications and peptides are coordinated through our compound pharmacy partners at cost with no markups. If you prefer, you may have your testosterone prescription or ancillary medications sent to the pharmacy of your choice — you can attempt to file with your insurance, though you will be responsible for the cost of your medications. GoodRx offers payment coupons that can help lower the cash price at traditional pharmacies.

This gives your provider a full picture of your hormonal health and ensures your treatment is based on real data, not guesswork. We'll guide you through the process — most patients complete them at a nearby lab within a few days.

We work with trusted compounding pharmacies to source pharmaceutical-grade peptides and are continually expanding our offerings as the regulatory landscape evolves.
